2016-2017 Host Agency

The Public Utilities Board, PUB, Singapore’s National Water Agency, located in Singapore, and IDA, is hosting the 2016-17 Fellowship, whereby one person will be selected to relocate to Singapore to participate in a training project program for a mutually agreed upon time period.   PUB oversees the collection, production, distribution and reclamation of water in Singapore. Driven by its mission of ensuring an efficient, adequate & sustainable supply of water for Singapore, PUB has been investing in research and technology. Today, Singapore has built a robust, diversified and sustainable water supply from four different sources known as the Four National Taps – local catchment water, imported water, high-grade reclaimed water (also known as NEWater) and desalinated water.
