The Group GS Inima, a leader in the water treatment concessions sector based in Madrid, Spain, completed the acquisition of its first renewable energy project with a total capacity of 8,7 MWp, on January 30, 2024. Boco Solar is made up of two photovoltaic power plants located in the city of Quillota, Valparaiso region. Both plants are under the stabilized electricity sale regime, PGMD.

Boco Solar projects have been in operation and connected since January 2017 and March 2021, and are equipped with First solar and Jinko Solar modules, as well as SMA inverters. In 2023, their output was more than 15,000 MWh, resulting from the implementation of state-of-the-art photovoltaic technology that offers optimal energy yield.

With the acquisition of the Boco Solar Company, GS Inima advances firmly in the photovoltaic energy business to become a company focused on the development of projects and with the goal to become Independent Power Producer (IPP), of the solar photovoltaic class in countries with the highest growth potential.
