H.E. the Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, & Chairman of the Board of Directors of SWPC signed today the project agreements of Rayis-Rabigh Independent Water Transmission Pipeline -the first of its kind- with the preferred bidder Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Company and Cobra Company. The Project will have a pipeline length of 150 km and will transmit 500,000 m3/day of drinking water between Rayis in Madinah region and Rabigh in Makkah region.
