Local Government Authorities have approved the creation of the new company, which is a result of the Joint Venture agreement signed in Dubai last September. In KSA, the new entity will operate under the name of “Kurita AquaChemie Saudi Arabia Co.”, and in UAE under “Kurita AquaChemie FZE”. These operations would be primarily served by the local Manufacturing Plants for Water & Process treatment Specialty Chemicals in 2nd Industrial Area, Dammam and in Jebel Ali South, Dubai, UAE and multiple global manufacturing facilities of Kurita.

Kurita brings in the new entity patented, innovative & proven technologies along with decades of global experience & expertise. It would be delivered over the foundation created by AquaChemie through local infrastructure in the country, registration/ working relationship in the hydrocarbon industry, and human resources with years of experience in chemical sales & service. Both teams’ unified expertise will reinforce our quest for innovation and support Kurita’s core tradition to create an environment in which water, nature, and man are in harmony.
