Mr. Imad Makhzoumi completed his undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering and Water Resource Management at the University of Southern California in the United States and holds a diploma in Business from McGill University in Canada. He is a member of the American Business Council in Dubai, a founding member of the Dubai Capital Club and he serves as Board member of the International Desalination and Reuse Association (IDRA). He is also Past President of IDRA and has served on numerous IDRA committees, and is a long-standing member of the Association.
