Sacyr Water manages four water treatment O&M contracts in Navarra, Spain

The water management network supplies 17 municipalities with over 450 bio and physical treatment facilities.

From December 1, Sacyr Water manages the operation and maintenance of the transport and wastewater treatment facilities of the Zona Media de Navarra. Thus, it oversees four contracts in the Comunidad Foral, as well as a drinking water treatment station.

This new area includes 96 facilities for a 36,000 population. Thus, Sacyr Water supplies 17 municipalities in Navarra, with 142 wastewater biotreatment facilities and 315 physical treatment facilities, supplying +125,000 people in Navarra.

Sacyr Water takes an integrated water cycle management approach at its treatment plants before releasing it back into nature. Treatment plants designed, built, or operated by Sacyr Water in cities such as Madrid, Puertollano (Ciudad Real), or Murcia can efficiently treat up to 890,000 m3 of water per day.
