This award acknowledges the company that exemplifies collaboration with a public utility in the following areas:

  1. Innovative Collaboration: Showcasing innovative and effective strategies employed in partnership with a public utility, contributing to developing and improving public services or infrastructure.
  2. Shared Vision and Values: Demonstrate a strong alignment of values and vision with the public utility, ensuring a harmonious partnership that benefits both the private entity and the broader community.
  3. Measurable Impact: Will have a tangible and measurable impact on the community or the public sector, such as improved services, increased efficiency, or enhanced quality of life.
  4. Sustainability and Long-Term Commitment: Exhibit a commitment to sustainability and a long-term partnership, showcasing the ability to adapt and grow with evolving public needs over time.

Presented at the IDRA World Congress 2024 in Abu Dhabi, graciously hosted by the Abu Dhabi Department of Energy. This award seeks to celebrate and encourage businesses that exemplify the spirit of cooperation and shared responsibility in addressing societal challenges through effective collaboration with public utilities.

Nomination Process:

Nominations are exclusively open to active IDRA members. It’s important to note that IDRA membership is not a prerequisite for the entity being nominated. To submit your nominations, kindly forward the required information to awards@idrawater.org on or before the deadline of August 31, 2024.

Nomination Rationale:
  • A comprehensive description (800 words min.) outlining how the nominee exemplifies the four criteria areas of the award.
